I work with you with whatever you bring, using a variety of techniques to support deepening your understanding and sense of who you are. Sometimes this might include movement, drawing or working with dreams or sounds and of course giving you time and space to tell your story in the way that feels right for you.

I have experience of working with:

Trauma, isolation, anxiety, grief, altered states, stress, chronic illness, overwhelm, domestic violence, structural discrimination, finding a sense of purpose and re imagining your unique direction.

You might not be able to see your experience on the list or you might experience the intersection of several experiences at once. What ever brings you here we can explore together.

There is no right or wrong way to decide on the amount of sessions you may need. Some folks want short term and others decide to go with what feels right.

I offer an free initial 20 minute chat on Zoom. Giving us a chance to meet each other and explore what feels important for you and whether we are the right fit for each other.

My sessions are both on Zoom and in person. We can work in person in a room or if you live locally in the Ribble Valley in Lancashire and you want to put your wellies on and go outside, inviting nature to guide us with their other than human qualities, then we can do that too!

Or we can bring nature into the room!
